A maintenance update for our content management software Inside, was seeded to a dozen sites today for testing. The maintenance update will be automatically deployed to the entire install base on September 20th.

This release addresses compatibility issues with recent browsers, and includes several performance improvements.

- Address a Firefox 3.0 date control bug.
- Improved Windows Media 11 video conversion.
- Dramatically increased h.264 conversion.
- Support for importing Adobe Photoshop CS4 files.
- Unofficial support for Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.

This should be the last update before the Inside 3 release which provides many new features, tools, and overall improvements to the Inside platform.
